Martin Charitable trust helps individuals fight hunger

The novel Coronavirus that came in the year 2019 has turned the whole world upside down. The virus which was initially detected in December 2019 in Wuhan, China, has now turned into a global pandemic! It appeared as a consequence of the transmission of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Now it's 2021, and the virus is still ruling the world

Many lives have been affected as a result of the ongoing pandemic, across the world. Several countries, including India, have fallen into its trap. The new normal has made everything difficult and challenging. Various preventive measures such as social distancing, proper hygiene, and sanitization, PPE kits, etc., are being strictly followed.

The second wave in India is deadlier than the first wave, affecting people from all walks of life. Many people are affected across the states including Tamil Nadu, making the situation worse this year. The Coimbatore region of Tamil Nadu has been no different. Many families are facing financial distress as a result of the loss in income.

According to Mr. Santiago Martin, now is the time when people should look after one another and work together to restore and rebuild humanity. His goal is to get India to a better point where it can self-sustain. But he also knows that our country won't get there on its own! We, as responsible citizens, must take active steps to move our country forward.

As a part of our CSR activity, we at Martin Enterprises extended our support to help individuals fight hunger. Every day, a nutritious meal was prepared for more than 5000 people. It comprised foods rich in protein such as vegetables, eggs, and chicken. The meal was prepared with utmost care and packed properly in a hygienic way. The meal was distributed to various parts of the district through several vehicles. Through this initiative, we were able to reach even the remotest tribal villages that lacked nutritional support. We are pleased to reveal that within a short span of two weeks, we were able to assist more than 50,000 individuals.

The Martin Lottery Group has time and again given our all to promote equality and provide a better quality of life to the citizens of our country. We were, are, & will always continue to provide our support to the people.
